Dear all,
We are trying to change timeout parameters for ESS MSS apllication. We use ESS MSS on our portal and when a user leave it without using the log off process, the system should terminate that session.

From what I understand what you are looking for is a session timeout after session has been inactive for some time
or maybe the problem is the session is kept alive somewhere else in the system even after
Portal browser has been completely closed i.e a ghost session?
In terms of auto-logout due to inactivity in EP not sure this is possible in such a way as to provide a suitable
user experience as per note 982982
In terms of ghost sessions - the BASIS or Portal admin would likely have to clean these sessions up manually
after checking with the user in SM04, SM12 as these might be cached if log-off method is not used
Best wishes
Stuart

We would like to keep those connections during only 10 minutes.
Do you know how to proceed?
