migo- goods issue

hi al

iam starting a workflow when in the migo t-code the document number is created.

also iam checking for the reorder level and the stock level and if the stock level

is less than the reorder level an workitem is send to the corresponding purchase dept.

is there any change document for the migo or i need to use badi.
