Progress (POC) Aggregation on Network Header

Hello,

We are needing Network wise progress analysis in our project but when we run progress analysis using CNE1, SAP aggregates the POC on WBSE but not on Network header. Does SAP aggregates POC on Network header? if yes, what configuration is required?
