System error when change the Output type condition

Hi:

When I use tcode NCAR to change the output condition LD00, system give me the error message that "Conditions for the selection entered are blocked XXX

Message no. VK083"

Did someone know this message?

Could anyone help me to find the problem and tell me how to release this block?
