How to include quotes in a calculation?

I am trying to write a calculation that will produce an html string that includes quotes in it.

Example of desired output:

https://www.google.com/" target="_blank">John Doe - Welcome Home

The problem is I can't figure out how to get quotation marks to be part of the string result.

If you just type the quotes, Lumira tries to use them as a place to start/end a string. It doesn't actually add the quote mark into your string result.

I tried escaping the quotes with a backslash (\"), but it throws an error on that:

Interestingly though, it will allow me to escape a single quote with a backslash (\').

Here is my calculation:

if {Division} = "Google" then ("https://www.google.com" + " target=\"_blank\"> " + {Name} + " - " + {Title} + "")

Is there a way to escape double quotes so they are included in the result/output?
