Data not retrived in Query Browser CDS Views

We have installed Query Browser App in S4HANA 1610. Did all the necessary configurations as specified in the SAP note 2289865.

The data is retrieved only when the user is provided with SAP_ALL profile, else no data is retrieved. Is there any spefic roles for each module or any other alternate way other than SAP_ALL access.

There is also another method for checking authorization. While executing query in RSRT click Execute and Debug option and select Show DCL authorization for CDS under Data Manager Section.

Hi,

data retrieval can be dependent on BW analytical authorizations for the user. Check your query name and input parameters and use the 'Analyse' function RSECADMIN to check the missing authorization for this user.
