Asset Uploading Problem

Hi Experts,

I have a problem in production uploading of Assets through LSMW, my transfter date is 31.03.2009. i am not opened fiscal year in ob52, when i am trying to upload the date through LSMW i am getting the error message fiscal year 2008 is not equal to transfer date 31.03.2009 but my closed fiscal year is 2008.
