user exit in 3.1h version in PRD it is not going in include ZXM06U24 (ME21)

Hi gurus,

I developed code in function-exit EXIT_SAPMM06E_004 :User exit f. customer-specific control of import data screen,

include ZXM06U24

for just checking vendor no in ekko structure and displaying error message.

My problem is that it is working fine in DEVELOPMENT client. & they transported to production also ,but in PRODUCTION it is not working. I checked everything that it is imported to production successfully, all Project for the user-exit and includes are in active state only. when I am trying to set beak-point in prodution in include ZXM06U24 giving error Breakpoint was not set because main program for ZXM06U24 is missing Message no. ED058 . I am not getting whats the problem is?

Advise me if you have any suggestions.
