Table and Field Names

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am building up a BI report. In order to complete the report I need to give them table and field names for the following:

State or Region:

City:

Country:

Zipcode:

I am not able to find any table names for the following. I see the structure of these but not the table. Please let me know what are the table and the filed names for those.
