Runtime error UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION

I am getting runtime error UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION with Exception CX_SOCM_NOT_IMPLEMENTED. I looked at a few notes but nothing is working. My system current version is SAP EHP1 7.01 with Oracle 10.2.0.4.0 kernel version is 32 and service pack level 2.
