Test Suite. Assign Tester not working. error " Service cannot be reached"

Dear Experts,

In the transaction soltan_voxenter choose "Test Suite" then "Assign Tester". And when the "Assign Tester" is selected, the system displays the error "Service can not be reached" Below are screenshots. What could be the problem? What service should I activate?

Hello,

Hope this is no gravediging as I run in the same issue and want to provide the solution.

The missing service is:

/default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/

SMT_TSTR_MGNT_APP

Even after rerunning the activation scrits in solman_setup this service is not avtivated (SolMan 7.2 SP07).

Exactly what I was going to say. Try F12 and SOLMAN_SETUP.

Hi,

You can check the URL /sap/*, or try the Developer mode (F12) and trace the error.

This service should be already activated if you followed the SOLMAN_SETUP procedure.

PS. Usually, Test Suite services start with SMT*.
