Not able to enter Collaboration Room via email link..

Hello,

I have created collaboration room with the room template and sent the room link to the members to enter into the collboration room.

We're able to get into room when we try to enter within Portal.

Does Collaboration have any prerequisites which has to be done ?

Can anybody tell me what is missing here ? Please help....
