Data does not update in Infocube

Dear BWers,

I am trying to do a full load (of approx 800k records) from an ODS object to Infocube. The transfer rules and update rules are green but the data does not update into the Infocube (yellow status). The load succeeds when i load about 100k records. What could be the reason. I have deleted the Indices and have reduced the package size to 15000 records per package but this has not resolved the problem. Please let me know your thoughts.
