Regarding Personnel Action

Hi Floks,

Is it mandatory to take reference of stadrad personnel action number while creating the personnel action ? Is it so, why ?

Hi Rupa,

There is no need for having a reference from standard Personnel action while creating a new one till the time you know what all is required to create a new personnel action and in what way it should behave.

By referring the standard one, just it give you better picture of the personnel action you are going to create.

So its always better toi refer some standard action if available to create yours.

Its a good practise to copy the standard one and do the change whatever required by your buisnesss.

if you are not coyping the standard one then there woulld might be chances that you forget to create the subsequent steps that needs to be created . whereas while copying they would automatically being created,
