certification

hi all

i have my 2005 certification and have not done the 2007 delta yet. i have heard that i need to have this delta done within a specified period so that my certification in valid. i was planning to do it in the next few weeks. however, considering that the sap 8.8 version has been announced, should i wait for that certification and do it directly? has sap come with any dates?

I think only 2004 certification are expiring from July not 2005. 2005 certification is expiring at the end of december of 2009.By that time ,SAP 8.8 would be in the ramp up .
