Crystal Reports with Oracle's IBPM Process Monitor - Video Card Driver

Does anyone use Crystal Reports with Oracle's IBPM Process Monitor?

We are experiencing an issue with displaying the results an Oracle is saying that maybe Crystal Reports require a particular video card driver to display the results of the report correctly.
