Pl advise if its possible to trigger 'Assemblt Processing' through contract(Transaction VA41).

For sales documents like contracts/quotation n Sales ordre u can trigger assy processing Provided u selected material with planning strategy 85/83.

YES It is possible to do it from a contract VA41

Does it require any special settings (as I'm unable to create/trigger assembly processing using VA41)?? If yes , pl inform details.

You can trigger assembly processing through sales order VA01.
