Automatic reminder mails from sap b1 through outlook integration

Hi Friends,

I have a scenario where the client wants that automatic mail should go to his business partner when his C form is due. I need to know if we can achieve the same by some query which fetches the data from SAP B1 2005B and sends a mail automatically through outlook integrated with SAP.
