Automatic reminder mails from sap b1 through outlook integration

Hi Friends,

I have a scenario where the client wants that automatic mail should go to his business partner when his C form is due. I need to know if we can achieve the same by some query which fetches the data from SAP B1 2005B and sends a mail automatically through outlook integrated with SAP.

Hi Kapil,

You can write a query and then fetch teh data as to which of the BP's are due of C form, and then set an alert for the query. In the Alert Management screen you can set the frequency to Monthly alerts and the alert type as E-Mail.

But remember that the BP's e-mail should be available in the Master data. Once any of the BP is due of C form then automatically based on the frequency of Alerts and the next execution date an email will be sent to the respective BP's.

This should be of some help.
