Cut off key maintain after run the depre

Hi seniors,

For my client in2007 fiscal year golive happend, depreciation already run for 2007 fiscal year, for 2008 fiscal year not yet run.

Exactly issue is:

for some dep keys cutoff key5% maintained, some dep keys not maintained ,

that is the reason for some assets system depreciation calculating upto Asset value is Zero,

now my client asking me , maintain 5% cutoff value for all assets,

My doubt is ,suppose as per their requirement if i maintain Cut off key for remain dep keys also,

what will be the impact .
