Shopping Cart Approval - Changing the email text

Hi

I am new to SRM and Workflow so would really appreciate your help on this.

I have been asked to make a change to the text in the email thats sent to the approver of the shopping cart. Please see the link below which explains the requirement.

The requirement is to replace the text at the bottom of the screenshot (red should be overwritten by green)

I have identified the the WF task as TS14508044 which deals with the approval, but I am not able to trace where the text is read from.

I would appreciate if you could please point to some document that explains this.

Hi Prav,

open the transaction SMARTFORMS

open the BBP_OUT_OFFAPP

follow this tree:

-Pages and Windows

-Page_main

-MAIN Main Window

-FO_ACCEPT_CHANGES

-CO_HAVE_ACCEPT_CHANGES

-TRUE

-CO_HAVE_ACCEPT_CHANGES_HTML

-TRUE

ACCEPT_CHANGES_LINK.

You should modify this.

Thanks for your response and the info.

BBP_OUT_OFFAPP is only available in SRM 5.0. We are using SRM 4.0, Is there anything similar to BBP_OUT_OFFAPP in 4.0?

In SRM 4.0 is completely different.

I assume you are using the report RSWUWFMLEC

Open this program in SE80, choose from MENU

Go to/Text Elements/ Text Symbols

Chechk the text T22.

There you go.
