Shopping Cart Approval - Changing the email text



I am new to SRM and Workflow so would really appreciate your help on this.

I have been asked to make a change to the text in the email thats sent to the approver of the shopping cart. Please see the link below which explains the requirement.

The requirement is to replace the text at the bottom of the screenshot (red should be overwritten by green)

I have identified the the WF task as TS14508044 which deals with the approval, but I am not able to trace where the text is read from.

I would appreciate if you could please point to some document that explains this.
