J2EE IS NOT STARTING & FOR JAVA DISPATCHER IS YELLOW

Hi SAP Gurus,

In My company when i start my EP server, its not starting. I can login in R/3 as ABAP dispatcher is working but Java dispatcher is in yellow.

I am also putting the log for the same problem
