Hello everybody,
Like the title says, i want to know if the component SAP Message Wizard in the Service SAP portal to report a product error exists in standard in the portal or if i must develop a web dynpro application or other to create the same interface?
Is somebody know the answer please.

You can enable an option for iViews to allow the user to log a support call with your Solution Manager. It will launch a screen based on the component: http://host:port/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.epsolman.EPSolman
