You are not one of the possible agents of task 'WS12300111'

Hi All,

We have implemented EP 7.0 and we are using ESS & MSS functionalities.

Regarding Leave Request, we have done all the configuration in Employee Self-Service -> Service-Specific Settings -> Working Time -> Leave Request -> Processing Processes. We have assigned the WS12300111 workflow id to an absence type.

But when we try to raise the leave request from portal, we are getting the following error.,

"You are not one of the possible agents of task 'WS12300111'".

Are we missing any configuration?

regards,

suresh

PFTC: Workflow Template

'12300111'

Go to Menu

-> Additional Data->Agent Assignment->Maintain

Button Attributes:

check if is selected as

'General Task' With this option you should be able to execute the

task.

and check if the user has the correct authorisation to execute the WF Or not?

Hi All,

Thanks for the information. Now its working. Apart from your suggestions, I have changed the Agent Assignment of Task TS12300097 to General.

Now the workflow is getting started. After the manager's approval, its getting stopped.

In the activity, 000142 Wait for Status Change, its getting stopped and it is waiting for some status change.

Can you guide me on this? For what status change its waiting for and do I miss any configuration from HR side?

regards,

suresh

run the report RPTARQPOST in trx SE38. You may want to run in test mode once before you do the final run. this report updates the absences infotype.

There is another tcode PTARQ (Test environment for Leave Request) where you can run the POST report as well as other reports such as send email, check documents etc.

Hello Suresh,

Go to PFTC transaction in change mode, provide the task Id, in menu bar go to agent assignment->maintain agent, in next screen change the task Attribute to "General task" and it will work fine.

Hi,

I have tried that also.. its not working... problem is the workflow itself is not getting started..

In SWI1, there is no log for this workflow... I hope some problem from the portal side or R/3 configuration side..
