Open Order Entry screen with BP Populated from transaction Launcher

Hi,

I'm facing an issue to setup the transaction launcher with parameters.

Requirement is to launch VA01 (Create Order) in ECC from Interaction Center. We need to pass the CRM Account as Sold-to number in ECC as parameters.

If we have a transaction launcher link specifically for Standard order, can we bypass the first screen in VA01 which asks for Order type and Sales area data, if we pass those parameters and launch the main order entry screen with BP populated?

Do we have limitations on what kind of parameter we can pass?

if you are talking straight out of the box achieving this would not be possible, since from CRM we would have a handle only on the first screen accessed in R/3 and hence you can pass any value you would want. Regarding your question as to what values can be passed well we can always pass any value as long as it has a screen field id associated with it.

with regards to your question as to how can it be done:

well then you probably will need to build a copy of the custom report and have it store the customer ID till it accesses the next screen.

I have exactly the same requirement to be implemented - Pass BP to VA01 ECC transaction from CRM.

Can you please suggest the steps if you were able to successfully implement this.
