I'm not sure when the update stopped, but when the job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT runs, it is not updating the Solution Manager system with the new maintenance certificate. i can see the new certs. on the Service Market Place, but if I run program RAGS_MK_DISPLAY_FILE, all of the maintenance certs. for our systems still have the old dates. Is there something that is missing to trigger Solman to download the new certs. for automatic distribution. I have already looked at OSS note (12806640 and everything looks in order. I have no errors in SLG1, no errors in REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT, The system numbers have been verified. Please advise.

If RAGS_MK_DISPLAY_FILE is showing old certs, then the satellite systems would seem to have forgotten to ask for new ones. I had that happen when some jobs were disabled on satellites for a copyback.
Check that the daily 'Maintenance Package' task is running in SDCCN on one of the satellites, or its log has errors.

Thanks for the info.
One certificate per hardware key is fine.
Expiration date of old and new certificates indicicated, that the request was performed through SAP Solution Manager. It's strange, that the system seems not download the data from Service Marketplace.
My recommendation to get fast help, open a customer message on component SV-SMG-LIC.
Colleagues in Support are well trained, if require that will contact with development.
