hi experts,

how can we find out the print preview for the RFQ. I DID ALL THE BACKEND CUSTOMISATIONS AND OUT RECORDS FOR LP01 MEDIUM. but iam unable to find the print preview. .

please tell mw how to find the print preview( i already done the necessary cstomisations)

Hi Sudha,

If you had created succesfully the RFQ then at first check whether the o/p is successfully processed.

You can check the processed o/p in ME9A.

Pleaser try this

1. Do the setting of Output / Messages in SPRO.

2. using MN01 Maintain a condition record through , (Select your output type and key combination, enter medium as print out, time as "3" send with application with own transaction, if you select '4" it triggers print immediately)

After creating RFQ , go to transaction ME9A - Print / transmit , give the required input and execute , From the generated list select the message click on Preview.

hi,

output type used for RFQ is NEU .for taking print out/preview , you must create a condition record using MN01 with application as EA and output type as NEU.

after that you can able to see the print preview in ME9A trx.

HI,

fill in the fields as required in ME9A and from there you will get the list of all message output.

Please check if you find your RFQ output there.
