Deletion of Relationships where there is no Object.

The subject seems to be confusing but the issue is...

I can see the relationship tab checked in PO10 or PP01 for an Org unit. But the Object tab is not ticked. This means that User has somehow deleted the object but not the relationships. Now, Could you please help me in getting this relationships to be deleted.

When I try to delete the Org unit through the standard report (TCODE: RE_RHRHDL00), it says that there is no object at all which is true as well. So somehow I want to delete the relationships.

How can i do this ?

You may want to run the report RHCHECKRELATIONS ("Delete relationship without existing object").

try this report RHCHECKV - it will display all the object with missing links. then you can correct the links. Once the links are corrected, you can delete the objects

There are 3 objects missing... But the Relationship tab is still showing checked.

No, Iam not getting any specific Objects mentioned... But Iam just getting No Missing relationships found or somethng like that..

You would be able to find the object number the relationships has been assigned to...find it out.

Goto: SPRO/Personnel Management/Organizational Management/Basic Settings/Maintain Number Ranges

Highlight $$$$, click on number ranger maintenance, change mode, check whther the number range of the object missing is EX or IN

IF IN then change it as EX and save.

Now goto the po10, enter the missing object number and create the object (start date as same as the relationship) and save.

Now go ahead and delete the relationships first and then the object.

Go back to number ranges and change EX as IN.

you can use the reprot RHCHECKV to correct the missing links and then can delete the object.

These issues come when objects are deleted and during deletion if proper evaluation paths are not maintained.
