Inspection lot Error while executing MIGO

Dear SAP Gurus,

I have executed MIGO once for a particular material and vendor, for which i have activated inspection setup in material master. So I have successfully executed MIGO and also lot quantity for required qty in MIGO was listed in stock overview.

Again, when i wanted to do MIGO for same material and vendor, I am get the following error msg: QA228

" No inspection lot can be opened for this material and vendor"

Please help.
