User Defined Field

Hi Experts,

I have a user Defined Field (customer number) at WBS level and i want to save the project after removing the data ( serial number of customer) from that field but system gives me an error at the time of saving the project that "customer number is required" .

I have checked in OPUK , but all settings are done for INPUT and not for REQUIRED.

Can , anyone tel me that what can be the possible reason for this or what do i have to check ??

Check for any validation on this field in OPSI.

Hi Dhruv,

Are you using any validation rule? That might give error.
