We have recently completed the upgrade of our TST system to EHP7 from EHP6. While running QA test we noticed that some of our ITS based transactions do not connect through the portal, instead they generate logon load balancing error and just freeze. The errors are in ESS sections relating to address data and benefits and payments. At the same time the ERP instance will display an error message related to ITS. "Transaction Canceled ITS_P 019 ( XSRF no sec_sesstoken " We are not sure what is wrong in ITS. We recently completed a homogenous system copy of our PRD system the TST system as part of the process SUM forced the insance to split into two components instance 05 and 06. The message and enque servers are now sys number 05, the remainder stayed at sys number 05. The message is pointing to our old message server port not the new one. Sorry for the long winded question, we opened a ticket with SAP for the issue. I started this so that I can at least post their answer for anyone else's reference.

Hello Troy,

Are you using IE as web browser? If yes, a more tricky question: are you using Standards mode (edge) or Quirks mode?

If you are using quirks I suggest to change to Standards. This might require some digging in the Portal side.

From ITS/WEBGUI, it is recommended to use Standards.

I can also suggest two SAP notes regarding ITS_P 019 issue - not sure whether they apply to your specific scenario:

2368978 - SAP GUI for HTML: Empty page on start (HTTP 500 in Quirks Rendering Mode)
2339078 - SAP GUI for HTML: Dropped session when not Port specified in URL

So the ASCS is now running with the system number 06 and the PAS with 05, right? what is the status of the services in Tx SMICM? Is it possible to supply the ICM trace file?
