error while apply oracle patch 10.2.0.4

hi..

i am applying oracle patch 10.2.0.4 on my Production system , it generating error

It seems you're trying to install a 10.2.0.4 patch onto a 10.2.0.2 system. This doesn't work.

you need to

- install patchset 10.2.0.4 first

- and then apply the patches for 10.2.0.4

i am downloading patchset , but there r three patch set on service.sap.com

Patchset_10204_MSWIN-x86-64aa.bin

Patchset_10204_MSWIN-x86-64ab.bin

Patchset_10204_MSWIN-x86-64ac.bin

plz tell me which one download and install

You need to download all three and create a zip file.

run this command:

copy /b Patchset_10204_MSWIN-x86-64aa.binPatchset_10204_MSWIN-x86-64ab.binPatchset_10204_MSWIN-x86-64ac.bin Patchset_10204_MSWIN-x86-64.zip

why people do not read even the web sites

to download the patches you fo to the page

there it says:

ORACLE

General Information

Hi Imran

Just unzip this .zip file somewhere in stage or install directory and follow the README file, unzipping the file will give you readme and disk folder from where you can run installer
