Excise capturing while STO - from MFG to Depot

Dear Gurus,

can anybody explain me the Procedure/Link for Capturing the Excise when i transfer the Goods from the Manufacturing Plant to the Depot or the Viceversa thro STO?

Please let me know the complete cycle with T.Codes if Possible.
