SAP office document("sap email") forwarding options

Hi Gurus,

I'm wondering if SAP has other options to forward SAP office document(email) to the external email system rather than the options below:

1. 'Send to home addresses of users' in SO16.

2. Auto-forwarding in Business Workplace by each user.

We don't use Business Workplace, and we'd like to forward only certain selected emails like trip/time entry rejection notification or emails from workflows, not all of emails. We are forwarding work items using extended notification, though.

We are using ECC 6.0.

Any help would be appreciated!
