Role Content Not Visible

Hi,

I have created a role and assigned it to a test user. The role contains a parent folder and two child folders. There are a couple iviews contained in each child folder. For some reason, I do not see the child folders in the left hand navigation when I log in using the test ID that uses this role. I see the parent folder tab, but that is it. Anyone have any idea why?

HI,

Have you checked Invisible in Navigation Areas for the child folders under the role.

Open the Role for editing select the child folder and check for the properties.

In the properties check for Invisible in Navigation Area set to no .

Apart from what Pramod Has suggested try to clear the cache under system administration - navigation

How many levels of top level navigation do you have? If it's two, then you should see the child folders in the second level of the top level navigation.
