Full document could not be printed

Hi Experts,

I face an error at the time of the sales quotation document printing.In PLD setting I already put upper margin =0;bottom=0.

Please go through the below message that system generate at the time of the printing of the SQ document.

"Printer:Full document could not be printed reduce the top and bottom margin"

Hi Amit,

I came across this issue before myself and couldn't find out what was wrong but what I did is copied all the fields into a new layout and it worked that way.

Go to Edit -> Select All, when it asks whether to select hidden fields too, say Yes. Then open one of the system layouts, again Edit -> Select All (hidden fields too) and delete. Then Edit -> Paste and choose to use the original ID numbers. Save this new layout, it should work.

Dear Amit,

I would request you to check the margins under the following path:

Administration->System Initialisation->Print Preference->General Tab ->Top and Bottom;

In case any one else ever searches this problem- I had this same problem, and I fixed it by going to selecting File > Page Set-up (top bar) and changing it to the correct type of document there with the correct margins as well.

Just to add that I had the same message with printing to pdf format option

PLD / Edit Layout / Document Properties / Format tab / tick the box E-Mail Layout and save.

Hope it saves somebody some time.
