How to enter the budget Year wise

How to create the budget yearwise in CJ30, can anybody help me to create.

Hi,

Check in your budget Profile ( OPS9) if ''Annual" is ticked. If yes, then it allows budgeting year wise.

Also check time frames --> Past Future and start.

As you mentioned earlier all settings are done already.

For example I am entering the budget values for 2007, 2008 and 2009.After entering the values i am trying to do the Total up , but the Totalup function is display mode. Without the overall value the system not allow me to save the budget. If I enter the overall value manually it is allow me to save.

Now my question is how to calculate the overall value automatically(Example Totalup ).

Hi ,

In OPS9 u have to in time frame tab tick only annual values. U can do year wise budgeting. In CJ30 press F9 for total up.

In OPS9 I have checked both total values and annual values. If create the budget as per my previous reply F9 key is not working. The overall budget is not getting update automatically(Totalup).

Hi,

The system will not total up your Annual value to Overall Value.

The Total Up will total up the Budget to Top Level WBS .( in Overall and Annual saperately ).

In my last reply i have mentioned automatically , that means via Toatlup function only. I am not mean system will calculate automatically.

After enter the annual values for Project (Not WBS element), I am trying to Totalup the annual values to overall values. But the Totalup menu is in display mode.

Hi,

Go to CJ30 select the project no and select the WBS no and choose the year e.g 2009 and enter the budget value but you need to tick the Annual values in OPS9 then only you can see the years field in CJ30.
