Hi
Data is coming from 2 source systems 1. flat file 2. R/3
how can i design the cube with data coming from different source systems
Plz help
Regards
Hi,
You can design for DSO, it will have over write functionality. After DSO, keep Cube for better reporting.
You need to create two transformations, data sources are different. Seperate for FF.
Based on granularity of data you ahve to choose Key fields in DSO as well in Cube also.

Hi,
You can do it in many way, As Mr. Tarak said, its one of the good method, but in that you required that for both the data you know the Key. So you can design the DSO.
or else, directly you can go for Cube W/o DSO,
or else, one Data source with DSO and another direct.
Depends on data load mode. is it delta or full? For DSo you required Key field.

Hi,
Use DSO before the Cube.Do the full loads to DSO from the source systems by creating Two Transformations and Two DTP's.Then Do the delta loads to the Cube by one to one mappings from DSO to Cube.
