EMAIL Declined option

Hi Experts,

After Identifying and confirming the customer in IC CRM 2007, when customer is not wishing to give his E-mail id, i should able to disable the field by check mark E-mail declined.what are the option available for this particular requirement .Can i use any Standard fields in ICCMP_BP_EDIT component.Thanks in Advance.
