CTI accept button not blinking on incoming call

Hi,

We have integrated CTI for CRM 5.0. We are not seeing the 'Accept/Reject' buttons blink when an incoming call comes. However, we are able to accept, reject, hangup and end calls using these buttons but the buttons are not blinking on incoming call. Please advice as we need this very urgently.
