Results has to be corrected after UD

Dear Experts,

For a Lot I have entered wroung results, So Now I want to Correct the already entered results.

For this lot already UD has carried. Please note that Long term insepction is 'not active'.

Please suggest how to proceed with this problem.

Hi Don,

Try the User exit QEVA0008. With this user exit u can reset the UD. & u can change the results.Try & revert back.

I already tried with this option i will not workout : it will work only for the MIC's which are having Long term inspection.

You can not change Results after UD. You can change the UD but not the results.

Dear Don

Just a work around. Do RR again rather to change the already recorded MIC

Go to QA12, Edit > reset the Inspection complettion> lot status will change to LTIN

Go to result recording > it will ask for long term inspection> yes> RR screen> Edit> create additional characterisitc> input the same MIC and do the RR again

Dear Don

After UD, changing results is not possible.

Even if you implement the SAP note as mentioned by Ravi cannot do the result recording for UD lots. This note is only for stock reversal . You cannot bring the UD status to Rel status using this note.

I don't want to reverse the UD, For the exiting UD the results has to be corrected.

Results can be corrected if 'long term inspection is active' before making UD.

In my case Long term inspeciton was not activated.

Hi Don,

This functionality is not present in standard SAP. You will have to take a couple of steps to address this:

1. Implement SAP note 175842.

2. You will need to create a program that calls note 175842.

Program Logic:

With the help of Z transaction, the user would require to enter the lot no. and the reverse posting will be executed.The program logic will also subsequently cancel original GR document.

The stock would reverse back to Quality and you can now do RR again.
