Hello

I'm no shure if those specific items can be included

basicaly you can include every item of EWA, every item which can be monitored by CCMS, CEN and CPH

a better detail of what is available and how it is done can be found on SM100 course manual, charpter 8.

Hello

To configure the SLR Report, goto transaction DSMOP or DSWP

in soution overview, choose your system (i'm suposing you already configured monitoring for your system)

goto tab Solution Monitoring, choose operations setup on the left, and Service level reporting on the right.

there you can activate service level reporting, and customize your report.

Hello

The repport you are looking for is SLR

There you define your own KPI's reflecting the service level ageement.

you can also customize headers, etc.

i am also interested in your solution but where to I find the SLR report or transaction ?

What are the steps to set this up.

We have SLA running but no report currently available (except CRM_DNO_MONITOR)

Hi Geert ,

Is it possible to add my SLA customizing fields to SLR? for example, IRT is 4 hours, and MPT is 8 hours ? If so, where can I do the setup?
