Hi Gurus,
I'm writing to you for a problem that I'm facing. I'm working on the Interaction Center and when opening a Service Ticket (component ICCMP_BT_SRV) in the Web UI of CRM 2007 I'm not able to see the tab Organizational Data.
The point is that I'm able to find it in another system that I use as test system.
Any suggestion to achieve it?
