Reagrding HR infotype.....

Hello,

I want to know the tbale where I can see the infotypes for which data exists for a personnel number. Can somebody throw some light ?

Hi,

There are ways through which you can see the Infotypes data maintained for a PERNR:

1. Go to PA10 and put the PERNR and press display button. After pressing the display button it would first display the Infotype data (e.g Infotype 0000 data), and the by clicking the next button you can view all the infotypes maintained for that PERNR.

2. Go to T-code PU00 . This is to delete the PA data, But if on the initial screen you put the PERNR and hit execute button, it would not delete the data, rather it would show you the list of Infotypes maintained for the PERNR .

Actually, it will be vice vers. You need to check Tables with Employee numbers to see if the data exits in that infotype table or not.

Nope. I have a situation where I have to find what infotypes are active for a given employee (i.e data exists for which infotypes) for a data archiving report.
