UWL iView on Portal not displaying tasks

Hi

EP 7.0 & ECC 6.0.

We have UWL iView in our portal which displays the tasks (from ECC workflow) that need to be executed. We have SSO-Logon Tickets configuration setup between Portal and ECC system.

User 1:

Able to view & execute tasks in SAP Business Workplace (SBWP). The same tasks are also available in the Portal UWL iView.

The Portal user ID for this user is pqrs and ECC user ID is PQRS.

User 2:

Able to view & execute tasks in SAP Business Workplace (SBWP). But none of the tasks are shown in the Portal UWL iView.

The Portal user ID for this user is ABcd and ECC user ID is ABCD.

Both user 1 & user 2 have the same ECC roles & authorizations and same Portal roles.

Can anyone help us in resolving this issue asap?

This is a very high priority issue and need to be resolved immediately. Any help is highly appreciated.

Sorry to state the obvious, but is it possible to change the portal user id from ABcd to ABCD?

We have written a custom code for conversion between different case (for instance, ABCD -> ABcd). This resolved our issue.
