Data loads failure

Hi Friends,

When the data load fails in RSMO, we want to intimate the users nearly 30 users automatically, how to setup this configuration .

Hi,

You can create 1 group & mentioned those 30 user's mail id for which you want to inform about load faliure.This you can achive by CCMS configuration. Assign this group in RZ21.

For CCMS configuration refer SAP Note SAP Note 0176492 & check below thread.

Hi

You can set it up in the RSPC click on the load, when the load information displayed, right click, creat mesage, give the message, create the variant and set the email id.

Activate and schedule the job, now the emails should go to the required users.

You can setup CCMS and trigger an auto reaction method if the data loading fails and send e. g. a mail.
