How to use a different Change Request in Workcenter

Hi experts,

does anyone know how to reassign the default Change Request to another transaction?

we are currently Workcenters in our sandbox environment. By default, the Workcenter shows the Change Request inbox (in the Overview menu and the Change Requests menu itself)

This is the SDCR transaction type, but we have customize our own CR and it is called ZDCE.

How do we change the setting so the Workcenter is pointing to our Transaction Type ZDCE or anyother for that matter?

I'm already reserching with note 1160651 which refers to Workcenter customization, but there is nothing regarding this particular need.

Hi,

goto dno_cust04 transaction

double click change request

In the field values instead of SDCR maintain ur ZSDCR ...

Now you can created ur zsdcr...

Hi Prakhar,

thanks for your reply but unfurtunately after making the change the Workcenter still keeps working with the SDCRs.

What I've noticed is when you create a new Query for instance, and you select the 'Process Type' filter (transaction type) it will let you pick either SDCR or ZDCR so I'm guessing that in some please the workcenter is configured to pick *DCR transaction types.

where is that setting?
