Table TVTA not found enteries

Hi

I have a sales area ocen WH R1(where OCEN Sales organisation WH is Distribution Ch and R1 Div)

Ocen WH R2

ocen WH R3

also I have the sales area ocen IN R1

ocen IN R2

ocen IN R3

the issue is when I assign the sales area to document types I can able to assign ocen wh r1

ocen wh r2 and ocen wh R3 but I am not able to assign Ocen IN R2,Ocen IN R3 except ocen IN R1

I am getting the error messgae first define OCEN/IN/R2 as firstas a general sales area

Also TVTA sales area is ocen IN R2 ocen IN R3 not enteries

Dear Michael

According to me you are doing the activity assigning sales doc type to sales area which is done via t codes OVAO, OVAM,OVAN and OVAZ

This has nothing to do with VOR1 and VOR2

Both VOR1 and VOR2 will come into play during master data creation only that is CMR or MMR or condition master that is condition records

Your activity is independent of them

But better to check them too

You have OCEN as your sales org,Two DC's WH and IN and three divisions as R1 and R2 and R3

Your OVAO settings should be for OCEN sales org refrence sales org also OCEN

Your OVAM settings should be for OCEN and WH refrence DC as WH

OCEN and IN refrence DC as IN

Your OVAN settings should be for OCEN and R1 refrence Div as R1

Your OVAN settings should be for OCEN and R2 refrence Div as R2

Your OVAN settings should be for OCEN and R3 refrence Div as R3

Then you will get 6 sales areas to work with

Note IMG settings only will update the approprite tables

If customization is properly done then tables udtation will happen properly
