STMS-Import Monitor is not getting updated

Hi,

Generally during importing transports through STMS or a tool, we should be able to Monitor the transport from Import Monitor screen. In our case the transports are getting imported but we are not able to see them in Import Monitor screen. The transport logs are getting updated without any issues.

Can some one suggest me to resolve this issue?
