NW 7.0 SPS14 install

Hi guys!!! need your help!

i'm newbe in basis so my question is very silly ))

I install SAP NW 7.0 on Windows Server 2003 x64 Eng on LOCAL host.

first install package of SQL server 2005 by SQL4SAP.vbs script.

second install the NW 7.0 package like in media guide - no errors during installation

third install the latest SAP GUI

Under <sid>adm user i start instances in SAPMMC (all instances green) and try to logon.

when i try to login to <SID> 00 system i have an error message sapdb00 is not accesible....

when i try to login to <SID> 01 system i see "waiting for connect" message for a long time and nothing happens

Pls tell what i did wrong!!!? Thanks for any ideas!!!

P.S. already read installation guide... nothing helps..
