Hi,

In the SWDD > Basic Data > Start event, check the workflow is activated. If not activate it.

Can you tell which t.code you're using to Triggering the Event ?

Hi,

This is the E recruiting workflow. Workflow should trigger when Approval request send from the MSS. I have activted and maintained all the entries in the SPRO-> SAP E recruiting-> technical settings -> workflow-> Define the web server details and all and maintained the values in the table SWLWPTSSID and SWR_WEBSERVER and all.

But I didnt get triggered yet. Please tell me the some suggestions what I have to do for trigger. But Create object workflow is triggering (WS51900008).

Thanks & Regards,

Hi,

Are you developing and testing in different clients. If Yes, in the Testing client put the client copy for the configuration which you done. Then test your workflow

Hi Velmurugan ,

For e-recruiting workflows to work smoothly ,

make sure the workflow user WF-Batch user must be an E-recruiting user. For that -

1) ) WF-batch should have all the E-Recruiting Recruiter authorizations/profiles

2) a valid pernr

3) a candidate object ( to create this run report RCF_CREATE_USER)

4) an email address

5) relation between the CP "central person" and P "person" in HRP1001 .if this is not maintained, it means that the candidate assigned to the WF-BATCH is an external candidate .It has to be an

Internal candidate .This can be created via report "RCF_CREATE_USER".

This has been mentioned in the SAP E-recruiting IMG note SAP

E-Recruiting->Technical setting->workflow->workflow in E-recruiting

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Sahiba
